Will Simmons Killed by Bolt at Geneva
Even more tragic than the fatality in its human appeal was the heart-rending scene when members of the mans family, composed of his widow and four children, three of them quite small, sent up their pitiful cries as they gazed upon the face and mangled body of the devoted husband and father. The Smith boy was killed while passing through the hall of their home in Samson when the bolt of lightning struck the house, doing slight damage to the front door and injuring the three other children who were in another room.
